    Default 117 A Alarm on Cadet 4020

Hey guys we have a Cadet 4020 with a 5020M controller, our A drive wont turn manually and when we program a movement we get a 117 A Alarm. Its a "20" code on the alarm which states: "Rotary Table un-clamp confirmation LS is turned off"... Has anyone ran into this before and is there anything we can do to correct this? Reset the board???

That usually indicates that the unclamp switch in the table that tells the machine it is ok to index is not on, so it thinks it is still clamped. You should verify if the switch is operating properly, if the rotary table is in fact unclamping, if the relay and solenoid used to unclamp it are working properly, etc. The table will not index without that unclamp signal being satisfied.

Thanks for the reply, it is a issue with the switch... Got a new one coming
