Default LT300 part eject while still machining on main spindle

I'm using the lower turret to machine on the sub spindle. When it is done I switch to G141 and send turret all the way to limits. The parts catcher won't come down if I don't. Then I want to be able to lower the parts catcher and eject the part. Without having to stop machining on the main spindle with the upper turret. I have had a boat load of various alarms. Where I'm at now, using M185 M247 I can stop the sub spindle but it's ignoring the M249 to open the collet. It's not alarming out but it's not ejecting the part either.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

If you're in G141 and issue M249, it's going to open the Main spindle. Try M84.

    Best regards,

Experience is what you get just after you needed it.

hy you are trying to move the 2nd spindle in front of the 1st one, and open it there, and the part to be ejected in the parts catcher, while 1st spindle is spinning ?

so far did you manage to do all this without lowering the parts catcher ? thus to throw your part down ?

if this worked, than build from there and input the parts catcher

maybe you can share some code
