in the okuma manual it talks about a parameter d1 and d2 to change the retraction point, might check that out.
I have looked but no success.
What I am trying to do is change the point after it Rapids out and rapids back in, before it starts to feed again.
Right now when it rapids back in the hole it rapids to .1 above the point of cut.
What i want to do is to make it rapid to about .01 and start feeding again.
Im sure there is a parameter like on a haas but i have no idea where i can find this.
Thank you

hmm ... try 0.3 .. 0.5mm, this should be 0.0118 .. 0.0196
consider 0.02" ; you are too close at 0.01, and for what, to save a turn ?
you would need the machine to accelerate, and at such low clearance you will succumb the cnc on big tools; this is the reason of the default parameter to be so great
normally, consider 2.5mm as an upper limit, to cover most cases, thus 0.1"
also you may consider a long hand code, so to avoid editing parameters
