OKUMA DNC

i want to ask a question. I have an okuma v50 milling center. This machine has osp-u10m with rs232 interface on it. but there is no dnc option in the software. Do i have to re install operating system to open dnc option or is there any other option. If anyone answer my question i would be glad thanks.

Check the OSP Data Management Card for control specifications first. If control has the option. It's option for U10 - not equipped by default, costs extra $$$.
There is page in parameters where you can switch on some parameter pages to be accessible. Some sensitive machine parameter setting pages are hidden by default.
