    MC-500H Okuma error

    hello all
    I have a OSP5020M MC-500H Okuma error
    not have
    book errors
    if you can tell me how to fix it
    error is:

    661 AlarmB APW palettenindex zustand 'PLEX'

    and diagnostic screen shows:

    3463 PALETTENINDEXIERUNG IST NOCH BEENDET

    If you haven't figured your issues out yet, here's the description of that alarm from the manual.
    "The pallet presence detection limit switch (at the pallet magazine side) is not turned on when the pallet loading cycle to the setup station is completed."

    I switch off to fulfill that condition and would normally be needed to charge the pallet in station setup but still have not taken that alarm index pallet and not reset the alarm that Plex 661
