    Alarm help / OSP5020L manuals

we just purchased a Okuma LB15 with a OSP5020L. The machine came with almost nothing in terms of manuals and documentation.

The machine was hooked up to a bar feeder which we DID NOT get. The machine wont turn all the way on. We have alarm codes 130, 136, 246.
Can anybody tell me what these alarms are?
We are also interested in purchasing some manuals for this machine.
    Operation Manual
    Alarm and error manual
    Programming Manual
    Maintenance Manual

    have same machine. alarm manual lists;
#130 = oil pressure - low oil level, hydraulic power unit
    #136 = S M command sync, mismatch of:
g96/g97, g110/g111, S command, spindle direction or gear,
m00/m01, m19. these are 4 axis alarms. sure about the #?
    #246 = E stop is depressed
hope this helped. took 'em right from osp5020 alarm manual.

106 = EC overload. overload relay of the EC is tripped.
probable faults; overheating of a pump motor. ie: lube, hyd., coolant.
    good luck!

You probably have a jumper wire missing where your barfeeder used to be hooked up. This will generate the E stop and also the Hyd. Pressure alarm. Look in your electrical diagrams. If you are lucky, the yellow jumpers may still be in the electrical cabinet and if they are, they will be labeled where to connect them which should correlate with your diagrams.

    Best regards,

Er, not on a lb 15. Your incoming phase is backwards, that's the hydraulic low alarm. Estop is for sure a missing jumper from the barfeed install. You need electrical prints.
