okuma LU15 with OSP-U100 communication error

it was because of bad servo drive board

hi guys


we get an error in our okuma LU15 with OSP-U100 (please look at the attached picture)

" 835 alarm-p communication error "

what we did for this alarm are ; checking cable(optic and others) , changing complete rack with boards(ACP , UCP , UCMB .. boards) and reloading system software

but nothing changed , still same.

is there any other idea to fix this error ?
