did you checked the thermo sensor itself? maybe some broken line just because of age of the wires and connectors. The signal relay is next suspect.
you can shorten the thermo sensor (or relay output) for diagnostic reasons and for temporary super urgent work

Motor has an electric fan. Is it working?
Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. Three ways to fix things: The right way, the other way, and maybe your way, which is possibly a faster wrong way.

the alarm appears just turn on the machine, so the main motor does not start and therefore is not heated.

What kind of spindle drive do you have?

Open the back cabinet and tell me what kind of spindle drive you do have. Then turn the main switch on and look at the display on the spindle drive, take a note of the leds that turn on and the number on the display, then turn the control on, AGAIN, take note of the leds and the display.

    Let me know the results
