Okuma Crown turret encoder

I just replaced my Crown's turret motor, now I am getting an alarm about the accuracy on the encoder of the motor shaft. Anyone know what the fix would be?

cable of encoder, connector or encoder itself.
Check the encoder readings if slow motion causes smooth increasing/ decreasing of readings

I need to replace the encoder on my okuma lsn machine. the original part is from Hagiwara (HRS3004-25). The okuma part number is RS03004. i have tried the agents but their price is too high. Can someone please help with an equivalent part.
