Ok we got the alarm taken care of, now we are having another issue. T3 is in the spindle and when we veiw our ATC Data Page the active tool is correct (003) next tool is (000) and actual position is (000) and our seq. is (01). How do we get the actual position to match active tool.

Active tool = tool in spindle
Next tool = ...duh, call me Homer
    actual position = pot #
seq# = current line postion in the toolchange macro,
---- where 1=ready to go with NO pre-selected tool, usually seq #3 will indicate a prepped tool and the prepped tool # shows up in the "Next tool"
( most machines need an M63 to select an empty pot then you can execute an M6 to empty the spindle )

The ATC is a random toolchanger, actual position & the tool # are NOT related, the only time it can be sort of synced, is when you don't have a toolchange arm where the spindle actually places the tool into & out of the carousel
