Alarm 10 on a VACIII drive is Excessive current at motor wiring
Description: Monentary current at motor exceeded standard value( approximately 120% of current limit value).

There are some check that can be done -
1 - Check for loose terminal screws
2 - Check cable continuity with cables disconnected from drive and motor
3 - Megger the motor - make sure that it is not connected to the drive when doing this check
4- Check switch settings on the control board for the drive - SW3 and SW4
