Source for 8mm od x 2mm wall nylon tubing.

I need to replace two grease lube lines on my Okuma MCV4020. There 8mm od x 2mm wall nylon tubing. I can't find it anywhere in 2mm wall only 1mm wall. Anyone know where to find 8mm x 2mm wall tubing?

    Thanks in advance

What length? Does it have to be nylon? What actual pressure? Why won't 1 mm work?

Length is about 10-15ft for each line. I don't know the exact length because I didn't remove the lines yet. I'm hoping to use the old ones like a fish tape.

8mm od x 2mm wall nylon tube is what the machine came with. I want to find the original stuff if I can otherwise I'll probably have to use the 1mm wall tube.

Don't know the actual pressure, the lines are grease lube lines for the z ballscrew and atc cam box. They are lubed with a hand operated grease gun.

    That's the closest one yet!

250 feet would be ok as long as the price isn't 10 bux a foot. Okuma want's almost that for a foot and I planned to buy around 50 feet. 500 bux for nylon tube

What do you mean by that?

I found every other size under the sun except the size that came on the machine. I spent a lot more than 15 min looking on the internet and talking with local vendors. Don't think for a minute I didn't do my homework before asking for help here.

    8mm OD/6mm ID SSG in UK ...

SSG are one of the UK's leading nylon tubing suppliers and can supply almost any size of Polyurethane and Nylon tube ... if it's not on their website, they can normally get it for you within a few days.

8mm can be found here -> Nylon tube 8mm

Update, I found some 8mm od x 5mm id tubing from Devco. I orded it and some compression sleeves. Everybody I talked to said the compression sleeves are all the same. We installed the new tube and the compression sleeves. The z axis ballscrew tube worked fine, but the length of the tube was too long on the ATC cam box and the tube burst while purging it. The compression sleeves also were leaking.

I ended up biting the bullet and ordered the 8mm od x 4mm id tubing from Okuma. I ordered the compression sleeves too, but they were the same ones that leaked from Devco.

I was just about to order new fittings when I noticed they were made by smc. A quick call to them got us the correct compression sleeves.

    Everything is working again.
