The computer of Okuma LT-15 MY OSP7000L shown me 1208 BDU overload. What does it means and how to fix it?

The overload relay on the drive unit for the axis is tripped. It may be as simple as the breaker itself on your drive unit is tripped, check this to see if it is tripped. Is this problem happening upon start up or when you try and move the axis. If it does not trip until you try to move the axis then you may have a bind in the axis or a motor problem. It may also be that you have a faulty input from the EC overload cicuit which comes from the spindle lubrication motor, hydraulic pump motor, coolant motor or slideway lubrication motor. Check that all these are ok. If no problems are with any of these then you probably have a bad drive unit. Good luck
