    Parts help Chip Auger

I'm maintenance for my plant. Need help finding a part number. The operator left his machine running during lunch and while he was gone the chip auger got bound up and destroyed. Looking through all our parts books we can't seem to find a part number for the gear box for the chip auger nor the chip auger itself. Is this some special equipment that isn't in the books or am I just missing it. Any help would be appreciated. It's a MA-500HB model okuma

Genius advice, then check to make sure your actually in the USA, and if your zipper is down, and don't make the mistake of using left handed Allen wrenches.

I do not have this manual. Which will make our search that much harder. We did find out it is from a company named Spiral Conveyor. The only phone number we can find for them is for their home office in Japan and all of their websites tend to be in Japanese. Unfortunatly none of our maintenance crew reads Japanese. But thanks for the help guys.

The manual may be in Japanese as well anyway, English is accepted as international, if you call and ask to speak to someone who speaks English, I'd be willing to bet they could find an associate that could help. Also you could replace the entire unit with one that is compatable, turbo converors is the name of the company here.
