Cleaning fan on back of spindle motor

Hey guys on my lb15 i noticed on the back of the spindle drive motor I have a fan, I took the screen off and cleaned everything best i could but not gettin good air flow still. Hard to see if theres a intake/exhaust grate anywhere else but im sure there has to be. Any suggestions?

Does the fan rotor turn freely? Many will turn at lower than normal rpm's due to bearings etc.
