    Chuck high low pressure

    Any one using chuck high low pressure control.
    From high pressure to low pressure. When low pressure is effective.
    1. While spindle stopping doing low pressure M code

    2. While spindle rotating doing low pressure M code

    3. While spindle stopping
    a. chuck unclamp in high pressure
    b. chuck low pressure with M code
    c. Chcuk clamp

    i don't use the M codes, I use the least chuck pressure possible all the time

    I have used it in the past, make sure you have the option. The other thing with that system, if it's a stock MMK or Kitigawa chuck, it doesn't really work to well. Works well with the SMW chuck or a collet chuck. We stopped the spindle first, didnt want to take a chance of loosing a part at RPM.
