    Help with Okuma LC-20

The problem is that how to struggle with Okuma LC-20/loop XB Gives out an error of 254 Polnozamknutaja, and sometimes and XA/as with it to struggle. Who worked on such machine tools help. The machine tool have brought without the documentation. If who is benevolent in the help here my contacts, ICQ 360637415. Any инфа road. Yours faithfully

    And still:
At all I do not know as well as to tell what it was clear. In a sort at first moved супорты And and In normal (in it is left, the right, upwards, the bottom) then began to move only in left, in the right buttons doesn't react at all, well and then has once risen and began to give out an error 254 полнозамкнутая a loop (such feeling that that that where that was gushed over) ЧПУ CNC - OSP5000R-LG.

PS: And still, as to it to set parameters in a zero or to dump (to null a rack) now shows on the coordinate monitor
    XA-3500
    ZA-2900
    XB-4500
ZB-3600 (It figuratively, precisely I do not remember and whether has correctly set axes) супорты stand almost at a spindle.

On mine there from a bat parameters. As them to establish, help where to take a manual

I need to brush up on my "Russian?" but I think that you are experiencing Stroke end limit alarms and Variable limit issues.

Check in the electrical control of your machine to see if there is a "Data Management Card". They are normally shipped with every machine and have The "Stroke End Limits" for your machine recorded for each axis. Reenter the values recorded to see if that fixes your problem. (of course record old numbers first in case you need to go back to them)

Once your numbers are correct, you should be able to jog left, right up, down with no alarms for "stroke end over".

    Best regards,

    С наилучшими пожеланиями

I am judging by your last post that you have no "Data card". Normally you set the stroke end limits once and then never change them unless you replace an axis belt, encoder, or ballscrew. Working range is adjusted by using VARIABLE LIMITS. Change them as needed.

If you need To set STROKE END LIMITS jog the turret to the limit slowly until you get the STROKE END OVER alarm. Go to parameter mode and ITEM down until you find the STROKE END LIMTS page. Press CAL then write (enter key) for the axis you are working with. Now press ADD 1 (mm) away from your limit.

If you get the STROKE END LIMIT alarm you will need to go to the back of the machine in the electrical cabinet and turn on the overtravel release switch, then go back to the front of the machine and press reset, then move away from the limit using the pulse wheel. Then go to the back of the machine and turn the switch back off.

If you are unable to move in a certain direction, you may need to add to your stroke end limit number to "open up" your travel amount.

Repeat the above procedure for each axis in the + and - directions. Once they are all set correctly, you should be able to jog in all directions and they should stop at the limits with no alarms.

    Best regards,

Thanks for answers. And whether there is a detailed documentation on adjustment of parameters?

Try to obtain a copy of an Okuma Operation Manual for your specific control. This should provide you with parameters and explanations.

    Best regards,
