easy- set DIP switch 1 on for Upper or Lower turret, adjust U or L pot until 2nd red LED is solid as possible...and its running again
why isnt that in the manual![]()
anyone have the turret resolver adjustment procedure for the TCCA card?
been waiting for a while to hear back from the rep, said theyve got it, but are having a hard time looking it up, 'eventually' didnt sound too promising... was hoping someone just might recall what DIP switches to set/what LEDs to look for...boss is getting nervous
If I hear back, I'll post in here in case someone else ever searches...

like the 'battery initialization disk', and the 3 page guide...they also mention a battery installation manual in the 'guide'.
never thought i'd see the day you had to buy a disk in order to reset a low battery alarm...option 3 in the reinstall disks says it can initialize memory, but it dont work, so you have to buy the battery disk, and use its initialization tool to format a new memory card...at least the battery disk is only like 30 bucks and a day of downtime away
or like the 'osp' format disks...cant back them up anywhere, guess if they fade away you just order new ones. I was actually suprised they were still all readable, as the case/storage box was in the cabinet maybe 3" away from the spindle drives output leads for the last ten years...it works, so cant argue.
really wish a standard 3.5 diskette drive would work- weve got a few dead disk drives and they cost just a little more than their old $20 ibm compatible counterparts...like several hundred bucks for a used one.
imagine if Okuma (or Microsoft) built carsoops, flat tire, if you didnt know to prepurchase the tire reset software, we can overnight it to you
