    Okuma MB-46VBE spring

    Hi!

My friend have Okuma MB-46VBE, and tool gripping force is not good.
I'm not sure but i understand that there is no disc springs, but somekind of spring element to tighten tool ?

Has anyone changed those springs, and where to buy them ?
(i did understand that element is very expensive at Okumas)

I'm not sure I understand, I though they were just bellville springs. I get them from Key Bellville.

must be just regular disk springs, as Mr.underthetire stated already.
First question is how tool clamping force was measured? Maybe some headstock service was done recently?
