1. you need to execute M64 - last tool recall.
or
2. try execute just M6
since next tool is defined already
3. check with manual. Maybe you need to use macro command to call a tool
hi guys
we have a okuma mx40 ha machine with some different magazine system.
magazine system have small racks for tools and a robotic arm takes the tools from these racks.
we want to call any tool
we entered the command (for example);
"IN T46"
but it gives an error ;
"wrong T command 2"
we checked the solution,it says
"T command specified two times"
but we didn't understand what this solution means.
any idea ?

You are going to have to "one step" it through the atc cycle at the control manually to get it un-hung. For some STUPID reason,years ago,Okuma stopped letting you call the same tool more than once.Ex: Once you could go T1M6. If T1 was in the spindle,the machine would just go to work. Now if you do that,the control will say "wrong T command" alarm. Just stupid logic in my opinion.
