communication doesn't helps much. You need someone to show at the machine. Original Okuma manuals are designed that way, to get machine down if You don't know what are You doing.
I have "training certificate" - my own practical paper, where operator signs every item on training. It is designed that way, if You go starting with 1st forward to 60 referring to manual, You start to work with machine using nearly 70% of control capacity. It's quite enough for production and safe work. Let me know, if You don't get anything better.
