yes, of course. There are four ways to do so on Okuma lathe.
Best way is step by step according manual.
    The simple way is:
    1. Slide hold. Mid auto manual. Return. Green button.
Next way is single step, waiting for block end, mid auto manual and so on ...
Third is restart from block/ sequence number. This one involves start from beginning, but a special one, when blocks runs quickly till selected line.
Fourth is start at selected block

You can actually re-start in a threading cycle if you want. The upper right corner of the screen shows a sequence number the machine is at. Using sequence re-start, you can start in the middle of roughing cycles, threading cycles, etc.

    usefull Okuma lathe features

underthetire noted nice feature of Okuma.
Even if the lathe has no option for thread finding (sorry, I forgot the official name of this function), even if so, You can load the thread and continue it with Okuma lathe.
And of course, restarting at desired LAP (roughing) cycle.
These functions are described in manual very exactly.

Correct, but be very cautious with starting in the middle if any I.D. work. Where there are about 5 sequences before the next pass on rough Boring for example. So if you restart on a # that is inside or at the end of a blind bore or something you will hurt stuff including tooling, parts, jaws and machinery depending on how fast your hands are. Not that I would EVER be so clumsy.
