Default OKK Milcon III with MELDAS 83A

I just bought an old machine with totally dead condition. But the controller inside the panel still looks good (so far looks original). Before I decided to retrofit, I'd like to make sure that machine still can be repaired. But I have problem, because the battery has lost.

Does anyone have paramater description for MELDAS 83A?

Have you try meau.com? I got it from there, but I can't find for MELDAS 83A manual.
btw, what is your controller? is it MELDAS 83A? do you have copy of parameter list?

Have you check it on meau carefully?????
    http://www.meau.com/Files/BNP-A6478.PDF <== TRA30 & TRA60

Now, whats a problem with your controller?? I can't find a way how to write parameter on it. Seems to locked by keyword or jumper setting on MELDAS 83A. Any clues?

Thanks a lot for replying my message.
But I still don't get it how to make a rewind program in okk

My control contain with this :
    1. Circular Interpolation
    2. Radius Programming on Arc
    3. Simultanous 3 Axis Linear Interpolation
    4. Return to Zero
    5. High Speed Return to Zero
    6. Mechanical Handle
    7. Rapid Traverse Override
    8. Stroke Check
    9. Additional Tool Offset 32 Set
    10. Cutter Radius Offset
    11. Canned Cycle
    12. Memory Type Pitch Error Compensation
    13. Auto Restart
    14. Decimal Point Program
    15. Program Number Search
    16. Tape Store 10m Edit
    17. Sub Program Function
    18. External Operation Board
    19. Built in Sequencer
    20. Built in Machine Operation Panel
    21. Xxxxx (kanji fonts)
    22. Tape Punch / Print Out I/F

I have no idea how to activate the option parameter. Should I try one by one with hexadecimal configuration?
How about yours? Is it same optional with mine?

Sorry if I disturb you recently.

    Regards,
    Andre

Default Re: OKK Milcon III with MELDAS 83A

I have two machine of OKK Millcon III (MHA 400 & MHA 300). Both has Meldas 83A controller

The machine when bought was not in running condition and was idle for a while

I tried to power up the machinery

Both displays the same alarm E=20 when i try to power on the machine and release the emergency

Moreover I tried to change the parameter which wasn't successful at all

I have been told that it's a software related emergency parameter

I'm not convinced with the reply

    I'm open to suggestions

If needed I can send screenshots

P.S. I have the original parameters. But i would like to know the parameter setting procedure. Because however we do it, we couldn't change the parameters other than the M list

    Kindly assist
