| I have three OKK's in my shop. Two PCV-40's and One PCV-50 VMC. In the past, I have been able to do many of the repairs myself. I have changed the turkite on all 3 of them and it is time to do it again, on one of the 40's. However, I had to find a good technician to scrape in the ways and the turkite. He has now "passed" on to a better place, and I am not sure if anybody out there is good at this profession. I also have some looseness in the table and it won't hold a tolerance anymore. Can anyone recommend a good tech, that can dial this in for me? It seems to be a good production machine and I hate to retire the ol' girl prematurely.

| What size and vintage. Can't help with service, but have a machine for sale. What size and vintage are your models? I'm not too good with the OKK numbers. Have an ten ton beast retrofitted with a Bosch CNC. Good strong machine. X 1200mm Y 500mm Z 500mm 8 tool turrett - ISO40 VFD 15KW 7HP servos. (originally fanuc CNC) Accessory: Full length Tilt Table Tool changer servicaeable, but not used. 8 tools enough.

| Hi neilw20, The PCV-40's are equal to a Haas VF-2 and the PCV-50 is equal to a Haas VF-3. I am not so familiar with metric, so bear with me. 20 - 28 tool turrets. (1) 1989 and (2) 1991 with Mitsubishi controllers. I hope you can find a buyer for yours, but I don't think it would be cost effective to haul it to the U.S., and have my boss tearing me to shreds for even thinking on it. Not too many OKK's in this area. I'll keep searching for a tech. Thanks, JoBwan

| OKK Tech Dynamic International is the importer for OKK. They have a service engineer who lives in the Dayton area I believe. Hope that this helps. |

| Tech in OHIO? Dynamic International is not the importer. OKK directly imports our machinery. Dynamic International is the exclusive distributor for your territory and contacting them will provide you with the best service and support. |
