Question Setting Ref. Pos. on VM-5.

We just reloaded a new system because of a bad RAM chip. Fanuc 160is control. I used the OKK manual for Zero Return Proceedure. X Axis came in with no problem. Y and Z axis' keeps jumping the Grid line or just Falling short. I have tried over and over using the proceedure and double checking, but no good. The proceedure in the manual is very confusing and if someone has a straight forward way of doing this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

The machine uses Absolute Pulse Coders. I finally got the proceedure from an OKK tech. The manual is not very specific on the proceedure. I wrote everything down and added it to my notes for future reference. Thanks.
