"ATC Moving" troubled 4 message

I have a HM600 OKK machining center that keeps getting a "ATC Moving" troubled 4 message that i can reset but comes back after a few cycles. Can anyone help with this one?

Can you give me a better description of when the alarm happens. Is it in the middle of the ATC arm movement? Also, the MA# from the electrical cabinet nameplate would help me to look up your machine.
