Make a spindle flood coolant block for the 135. The idea behind the block is to cool the spindle and allow for much more convenient coolant distribution to the tool. Generally the shape of the block is the shape of the bottom of the head where the spindle exits. Of course there is a hole in the middle where the spindle resides.
Design the part so that coolant could be pumped in from the sump, through the coolant block where it would collect heat from the spindle, and out through a number of lockline that surround the perimeter of the block.
Confused yet?![]()
