    Check your limit switches,see if they stop the travel of your axes if not check mach3 to stop your axes moving.

    Well i tried mine with mach 3 wizzards and it came to +or- .0005 in wood and fortal aluminium very nice

    sweet. i did a mach 3 circle pocket on mine a while back and it was within .001 round. i think these machines are pretty good for accuracy thanks to the ball screws as long as you arent flexing them with heavy cuts.

    Yes the trick is small cuts high speed with a mist coolant or cold air from exair
