novakon nm 200 x axis not responding

Hi folks, I'm a total new-be with cnc mills .
I was doing some mach3 wizard text engraving and everything was going fine, I shut off the machine and the next time I turned it on the x axis would not move.You can see the numbers changing in the dro but the axis won't go anywhere.
What am I doing wrong?

check all the cables, make sure nothing has come loose. look inside the computer cabinet at the gecko drives and see if any of them have a red light.

Hi, yes I checked the cables and they all seemed to be firmly attached but I do see a red light on the gecko marked as x axis.
