LED Spindle light

The Boys Toy Store (Pricess Auto) is having a sale on drill press spindle lights till April 1. Spoted this originally on the Tormach site.
Bought 3 of them
Tried them on my manual mill & drill press.
Check out the pictures.
1 each with the LED & a flash photo. The camera detected low light & automatically flashed.
The light is unlike a halogen in that it has a bluish white tone.
After 5 minutes use, I like it. No shadows, the contrast is great, negligable heat and only 14 watts.
It remains to be seen how they stand up to coolant splash. Nowhere do the advertize its waterproof.
The third is reserved for my new series 3 Mill when it arrives.
Fingers crossed. At 19.99 I'm going to buy a couple of spares.

Another possible option are what some call Angel Eyes. You can pick them up pretty cheaply on eBay and make your own mount.
