uncertian about 145!

how many nm 145,s are out thier if so are they all having similiar problems ? did i make a good choice ! need some pro's on nm 145 any input would be appreciated i'm not cnc savy so that to me complicates other problems i'm reading about give me some input guys thanks bob b
