    I haven't heard it before, but just for reference it might not be the ballnut (I assume that's what you were thinking), it might be the bearings @ the ends.

    Update...

    I spoke with Novakon and they are sending a list of things to test / try / analyze, so hopefully will be able to zero in on the issue in the near future.

    Joebean, thanks for the heads up. I will be checking those closely as the parts come off the system.
