Somebody make an offer, this thing's gotta go as a new machine is on it's way!
I'd like to sell mine for about the same price, but yours is a lot nicer.
Good deal for someone.
Hi,
Do you still have this machine for sale?
Regards,
Mark
Hi Josh,
That sounds good.
Do let me know if it gets bought or not and then I can find somebody who can come and inspect it.
Regards,
Mark
Hi Josh,
Thanks for the reply.
Your machine actually looks outstanding (out of many that I saw online) so definitely a good buy for somebody that wants to put a mill in their garage - even at $6K its a great deal.
However, I've personally decided to skip these chinese machines and buy American made steel ..I'm going for a Fadal which is in a different category. The price is about the same as a new Novakon or Tormach but wow, we're talking serious capabilities with tool changer and power draw bar and you name it already built in + the ability to mill some serious steels.
Though it wont fit in the garage, I think for the price, the hassle is worth it.
Best of luck with selling your nice machine! (I'd be buying it in a heart beat over a Tormach) if I was still interested in that sort of unit.. ..though the let down I have to admit is Novakon company, I called them a few times and never managed to get through.. I don't think I'd buy a new one, but yours is bargain.
Mark,
That's a fantastic decision and I completely understand. I went with a Haas...
I'm very familiar with the Fadal market and almost bought one. At the price point you mention, what year did you get? Are you doing a restoration of the machine? Definitely post a thread on your new machine, have fun and good luck!
All the best,
Josh
Hi hayes,
Is this machine still available?
Mine is still for sale. Not as nice as his, but it's 2 years newer (2010). Atlanta area. Main reason to sell is to get a Torus.
