Hello all!

My company has entered into a new venture and as part of that venture, we are looking to acquire a horizontal machining center.

This is our first CNC machine so we are a little nervous in selecting who to go with. There are so many machine builders out there....

We are looking at a 500mm machine and have narrowed down own our choices to the following:

- Doosan (Precision Machine Tool Solutions)
- Okuma (Gosinger)
- Haas (Direct)

All of the machines they have presented to us will meet our requirements and our budget. What we are worried about is service. Being our first machine, I anticipate us needing a shoulder to lean on quite a bit as we get started.

If anyone can give me some feedback on any of the guys listed above, I would really appreciate it.
