Top automatic coil winding&soldering machine solution from China
The history of coil winding machines
The very old school coil taping style uses a separate taping machine, manual loading to complete the process, which is very time-consuming, difficult to handle and inefficien
t.
Afterwards the Japanese brand developed and designed the first winding & taping machine, which led a trend of similar designs in the world with almost the same horizontal tape and roller-type taping. Up to now we can still see most of machines designed like this, shown as below:
But the horizontal taping style has its disadvantages. Because the spacing between two spindles is so limited that we can’t install a large roll of tape. Workers also need to change tape frequently, which is such a waste of production time. Moreover, because of the horizontal structure, the horizontal size of the machine also increases accordingly, which raises the machine’s cost.
As for roller taping structure, it has the problem of deviation and tape adhesive instability. As the machine operates, the accuracy gradually deviates, which can’t ensure the taping result.
Ascent technology worked hard with the spirit of pursuing excellence and innovation and originally developed a new vertical L-plate taping structure, which obtained a patent and completely solved the said problem of traditional horizontal taping structure.
Our taping structure can be installed with 200 meters of large tape, which is 3 times more amount than the horizontal type.
The overall size of the winding machine becomes smaller which saves the cost and the occupied area.
When the tape is stuck to the coil, the L-plate structure can press all corners of the fixed tape in all directions. Thus, the tape is fixed more firmly. The accuracy requirement is lower but the taping result is more stable.
