Archimede - a new software for CNC machines used in doors and windows joinery!
Hello everyone!
Our company is rather young, but it's led by enthusiasts of woodwork and CNC machinery. That's why we wanted to show to you our new product - Archimede. We're still developing on it and we try to do our best to change it in the way our customers want. We hope that we may be heplful and our software would be useful to you!
Archimede is the solution issued from years of field experience, research, study and advice which have produced tools of extraordinary usefulness, flexibility and versatility to manage commercial, design and production activities.
There are some modules of Archimede which can be used separately: Commercial (CRM): with Archimede you can create your professional quotations through lists price by square meter, cube meter, matrix lists.
You can manage your customers’ information, calculate the transmittances of your windows, calculating production costs, know your economic profit, create compelling prints, generate sales statistics, managing agents/retailers through Internet connections, make orders to suppliers.
You can create your own accessories, set up rules to automate the management of the accessories, manage and quantify the aluminum in your windows.
Design (CAD): you can achieve stunning results in projecting windows, door, shutters or blinds with Archimede. It allows you to set joints, sections, overlaps, scrap material of your windows, you can divide complex arcs with ease, you can get detailed and customizable prints about elements, glass and panels of individual projects or whole orders.
You can export windows and glass in DXF format, generate photo-realistic 3D views of your projects, you can detect windows from photographs, to build the external forms required by the most demanding architects, shaping the elements according to new market needs to reach and meet new clients.
Production (CAM): you can focus on satisfying your customers, while leaving to Archimede the management of CNC centres, integrated lines, cutting machines, frame press machines…
With powerful CAM of Archimede you can do it, in a simple, graphical, intuitive way.
You can ask to Archimedes to calculate and work every kind hardware elements, use the preview reliable three-dimensional simulation, generate detailed production printing to help your employees, exploit really the flexibility of your machines.
Enterprise resource planning (ERP):provides an integrated view of core business processes, often in real-time, using common databases maintained by a database management system.
Support: Archimede also means a day by day support by a team of competent and available experts, ready to discuss all your questions.
