Hi again, Try this program snippet in NCPlot. If you make the 'A' value zero the plot works fine, but if you run it like this at A-90.0 plotting is doing funny things. Please help % O4825 G56 G00 X-450.0 Y230.0 G01 A-90.0 F5000 (M12 THREADTOOL STATION 4) (NOTE CUTTER RAD TO BE SET AT 4.35) T4M6 G0G17G90X0.Y50.S2744M3 G43Z10.H4 Z2. | Hi Scott, Ive had a play around with NCPlot and found you were right G19 is plotting correctly, didnt think you would miss something like that. The problem was in the G/M Codes part of the configuration M87 mirror image. Our machine uses M86/M87 for Clamping its fixture its a twin pallet daewoo, so i deleted M87/M88 out of the config and all plots well now ![]() Turner. |

| Turner, Yes, that makes sense, the mirror image would make your arcs appear backwards. Thanks for letting me know how you fixed this! By the way, I found and fixed the problem with the helical arcs not plotting correctly with the 4th axis. This will be in the next update. Thanks, Scott |
