Hi Scott,

#1 :

the following code works fine with G3 but breaking the arc into lines the center of the helix is shifted in -Y direction with every 360 degrees.

Seemes to be a calculation problem.

O40
G90 G80 G54 G0 X50. Y50.
G43 Z20. H1 S1000
G1 Z0. F1000
G91 G41 G1 X18. Y0. F400

G91 G40 G1 X-18. Y0.
G90 G0 Z10.

Could you please add a default value in the Break Arcs Into Lines dialogue ' Enter maximum path deviation distance:' ?
