Default Exporting G code to dxf

I am finding Ncplot a real go to tool for evaluating and working with .NC files.

When I have my G code plotted out it shows the rotation axis with the cutting action correct. But when I export that out to .dxf format and open it all the lines are on top of each other and no longer shows a rotation. Attached are two screen shots to illustrate.

Is there a way I can get a dxf file to look like the plotted 4 axis .Nc file?

    Thank You

    Hi camtd,

please have a look at the attached screenshots.

Opened from the samples folder of NCPLOT the file Macro B Sample looping.nc
Saved the plotted graphic in dxf format to disc.
Opened with TURBOCAD and here it is. Perfect

NCPLOT itself seems to handle z-values in dxf files all as zero or even suppresses them.

    Hope this helps !

I have the same exact problem with B backplotting i'd like to save in DXF... anyone would have an idea?

ArchieF, Looping.nc sample file backplot is a 3 axis backplot on different planes (G17/G18/G19) and this is ok.
