I wanted to build a couple of resonator guitars with a goal of making them as close as possible to solid body electrics. The first picture is a comparison with a Les Paul. The first one is a Dobro and the second is a Biscuit Resonator. Cut them in multiple layers using padauk and bloodwood on the top and bottom and birch ply for the inside layers.
