I've been trying to modelling PRS in 3D.
But i dont have a CAD plan & the dimensions.

if anyone has an information of the dimensions & technical drawings of these please let me know.
Thanks

Wow, your modeling is excellent. That must be a ton of work.

So i don't quite get this. You HAVE that model or you need that model? It would appear you have access to a VRML model or something similar. You can actually import VRML files like Lightwave and I think maybe Rhino. There you can scale the the model.

Otherwise, break out your calipers and use your CAD software to reverse engineer a picture of the guitar. Good luck and remember to check the copyrights.

I had an American Standard Strat digitized and then built the model,
If you have a model there is a way to reduce it to true lines/curves/geometry

I don't understand why you want PRS measurements. You seem to have designed a really nice guitar. I would encourage you to build that!

As long as you understand the basic dimensions of a guitar, e.g. scale length, bridge position, string spacing, fret position, etc., there is no reason to copy a factory guitar. I think most people start by copying existing guitars because it is intimidating to try to design a guitar from scratch. Existing models are successes for a reason, so not a bad idea to copy. But you have designed a nice guitar, have faith in it. After all, if you really wanted a PRS it is always cheaper and easier to just buy one.

Nice Cad drawings you do
I believe PRS uses mostly 24 fretted fingerboards and 25 inch scale lenght from nut to saddles. To get this right is the most critical to play in tune.
For a perfect arch there is lot to learn looking at violins and cellos.

PS! If you do not already know, here are the fret spacing.
25" fret scale

fret from nut fret to fret
1 1.403" 1.403" (nut-1)
2 2.728" 1.324" (1-2)
3 3.978" 1.250" (2-3)
4 5.157" 1.180" (3-4)
5 6.271" 1.114" (4-5)
6 7.322" 1.051" (5-6)
7 8.315" 0.992" (6-7)
8 9.251" 0.936" (7-8)
9 10.135" 0.884" (8-9)
10 10.969" 0.834" (9-10)
11 11.757" 0.787" (10-11)
12 12.500" 0.743" (11-12)
