Question Anyone making drum shells

I am trying to find out if anyone is building drum shells with their cnc machines, especially the stave type drum shell.
Love to see some pictures of the machines and any special jigs you have made or are using.

Shells

Hey,
I tried shells, but gave up after weeks of brain damage. The staves are easily made on the table saw w/ proper bevel geometry figured out. I went back to buying my shells from Keller. Focusing on the veneering and custom hardware to make them more sassy. Google coopering, and you'll surely find info that you seek.

A lot of musicians are now trying to get beyond the ply assembly, I try to help!
Take a peek at a developing site, workshop/laptop/workshop never enough time!

Wink shells

My drummer is working on peavey style shells. He has access to a high end shop to do the cnc routering (his father in law). A friend of ours from another cnc shop is building custom hardware for him. I will try to get him to post some pics.

Here's some shells that I'm making. The rig I'm turning them with isn't CNC, but hopefully will be in the near future. I'd like to be able to do carvings, drill holes, integrate lugs, etc...I just cut the staves on the tablesaw and jointer.
