my IBANEZ JEM with JACKSON neck

hi, i am a new user here, and i want to share my project here.
the project is jackson necked ibanez jem 777 with full scalloped fretboard.
i use solidworks 2006 in design phase. also i use solidcam 2006 r10 in machining the profiles, pocketing and drillings. in surface machining i use mastercam (mastercam is the best in surface machining i think) actually i didn't make the assembly yet but there is a few things left to complete.i think i complete it before i leave for soldiership.

I have downloaded your pictures ,I am very curious on how you intend on fretting the neck.
The ridges in the neck if they are left as your picture will be worn away very quickly by the strings because they will act as a saw and cut through the raised areas on the fretboard.

The fret wires go on the raised portions of the neck. Scalloping means the portions between the frets are dug out slightly to give the scalloped appearance.

Beautiful work. Is that body made from a block of acrylic?

ertu this is efe. congratz man great project i hope to see you soon. my guitar tech has asked me with what kind of a table cnc machine he can produce guitar necks and bodies. any suggestions ? (ışıklı mışıklı vai görmesin ister bir tane)
