    Built me some of these so I can do all functions with the one router base ,sound holes ,binding ,and straight routing and see through it very nice work there that's for sure.

    Been away for a while... working on a few acoustics right now:

    I like the structure on the back this is reminding of the aircraft structures.
    I am doing a billet Dred soundboard, it is ready for the shop, same weight as wood, integral structure from 3/8 plate stock.
    I am seeking the other parts or a complete Dred to exchange the top on.

    Check out Cole Clark guitars; they make tops with integrated bracing and even integrated lining... As for back and sides, you may consider getting a kit from StewMac and just using your top.

    I have some solid carbide burr-mills, as well as PCD tooling, from LMT/Onsrud. The burr-mills are relatively affordable. The PCD - you better sit down and strap yourself in...

    Was wondering how the burr bits would cut in the spruce, but I guess you want to finish sand them anyways.
