I have a Multicam 3000series CNC router with a 250mm Z. We often Machine large MDF/supawood moulds that are 100mm deep, with long endmills and ballnoses. We have a huge problem with dust as the standard vacuum system does not work well when machining deep tools.

I see people sometimes make covers/hood for there tools but in my case the hood will be in the way as im machining the full 100mm length of the tool.
