    multicam & G-code?

    Hello,

I am a Mach3 user trying to help a multicam owner cut some 3D pieces. They are only doing 2D cuts using enroute & plt format.
I m trying to send a G-code to the machine generated from Visuamill but I get "unkown format" error on the pendant.
What am I doing wrong? do i need to pass the G-code through a translator to be recognized by the machine?

    Thanks !

my multicam router requires a .cnc format
    ie. filename.cnc
if it is a g-code .gc, try renaming it with .cnc
also, you may need m-codes for the spindle

if you have enroute available use the post processor to create the machine code.
