Default Mulitcam 1000 series is jumping and getting off course

When we are cutting it will get to a corner of the cut and stop abruptly and get off course. Then it continues to cut and does the same thing at the opposite corner. Has anyone run into this?

Can you run a old program to see if it runs correctly or not?

Trying to see is it a program issue or a machine problem
