Custom-operator panel-aux function lock
Make sure it's off.
It is off. Any other suggestion. The machine was moved from Chicago to Lufkin Texas.
Worked in Warehouse but does not now. Carousel will not move tool changer does not work
and pallet changer does not work.
Go to custom, atc manual, and let me know what is highlighted.
Is the atc home position led lit up on the panel?
And what happens if you call a tool in mdi
Pallet change, make sure your incoming phase is correct and the hydraulic pump spins the right direction. Easy way to tell is to fire the coolant pump and watch direction. If backwards Change incoming lines. Also, does the machine go to pallet change position when you call the apc macro?
is the apc led lit up on the panel?
Custom atc panel

Arm home position
Tool clamp
ATC home is lit
MDI Pallet change. Cycle light comes on and just sites there
Rotation is correct
Does not do anything in pallet macro
I can do MDI G91 G30 P3 X0 Y0 and it moves to change pallets
Will not move in custom menu
Ok, what I'm about to tell you, please be careful with. Command an m31 then try a tool change. Pallet won't change if you didn't hit the set up complete button, however m31 will bypass all interlocks.
Turn off and back on to re set the m31. M31 will still not bypass any doors, but it will ignore pretty much everything else.
Did not work.
The manual tool clamp-unclamp buttons do not work.
The table will not unclamp.
Is there anything that ties these two functions together
Just the door lock switch as far as i can remember.
The door for the pallet is open. I have tried to close it but no luck.
It is like the air solenoid switch is not getting a signal.
Got the tool changer working. The pod has not going all the way up.
Now it all works good.
Thats good, but on one of your last posts, you had an ATC home position lamp on, and pot up highlighted. Did something change?
Not that I know of. I opened the door and the manual clamp and unclamp worked.
I went to custom and did a pod up and heard it move. Then it started working.
Now I am working on pallet changer
