i would check that the boards are properly seated in the electrical cabinet first thing. i have seen the old mori machines have a foot loosen up or ground settle and machines starts rocking a bit and generate this alarm. we could relevel machine and plug boards in and would fix problem. the older yaskawa were not the best board to board connections and have been the cause of many frustrations.

Have you checked the spindle chiller and make sure the fan is blowing the right way? Is there an alarm on the chiller? If so check the phase. Or just try switching any two of the three wires that feed the machine.

    Sometimes it's the simple things.

I agree, probably phase is reversed.
