    Mori SH403 5136 alarm

    Anybody ever have a 5136 FSSB:number of amps is small

    Please check whether there is 200V AC going into the PSM unit.
    If yes and no indication of the PSM power on then it is the PSM unit.
    Other wise check the out of 24V from the PSM unit going to the contactor to on the
    L1 L2 L3 input to the PSM power unit.

    SH is a mill

    Yes I have had that alarm. Several things cause it.
    The honda connectors that daisy chain between the drives.
    Parameters set incorrectly
    24VDC power supply not powering up the contactor for the PS unit
    Blown fuse on one of the drives.
    Faulty drive-not powering up.
